Returns & Refunds
Here’s how the return process works. It’s way simple.
You have a total of 14 days to return your items after receiving them. To qualify for full refund, products must not be used, they must have either unopened or carefully opened (with no tears or damages) original packaging.
OnlyDrive OÜ is not obliged to repurchase items specially ordered from the factory or external suppliers. Installed products (e.g. spare parts) will not be repurchased. To qualify for full refund, products must not be used, they must have either unopened or carefully opened (with no tears or damages) original packaging.
1. Fill out the “Start my return request” form.
2. When you are sending the goods, please wrap them in suitable packaging so that they shall not be damaged or destroyed.
3. Ship the package to our warehouse at Tehnopargi tee 5, 61715 Tõrvandi, Estonia.
We will refund to you all monies received by us within 14 days from your withdrawal. Please note, however, that we are not obliged to refund your money before you return the goods to us or before you prove that you have sent the goods back to us.
